Hello, my name is Spencer. I'm a Client Advisor at Serra Auto Campus. I'm new to the team and excited to be a part of it! My focus is on making the car-buying experience straightforward and enjoyable. I love helping clients find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and showing them how easy the process can be. Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball when it's warm, snowboarding when it's cold, and spending time with my family. I'm passionate about providing top-notch customer service and ensuring every customer drives away happy.

Spencer is literally the man. While we have never had the pleasure of meeting in person, this guy in on it. We transacted a deal, completely via text (I was in meetings all day), with me taking delivery, yes that is right delivery, of the car the same day and them picking up my trade. He was COMPLETELY reasonable, heard my needs and requirements, was lickity split in responses and organizing everything, and honestly gave me a bit of faith back in car salespeople. He followed through on every request, and continues to do so. I am in Ann Arbor, and I intentionally walked away from a deal at the Lexus dealership here, because it didn't seem them wanted my business, but Spencer did and he showed up and showed out. I literally will be only working with this Lexus dealership for any new vehicle purchases, and with Spencer specifically. You don't know me, but I promise my praise is not given lightly, especially in the automotive industry. Spencer killed it and I am happy fate brought us together. Also, my new Lexus RX 500 Fsport is GORGEOUS and a fast little mama.
